OUR STORE

Customers should not place undue reliance upon exact colours and finishes as they are difficult to reproduce accurately on websites.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days. To cancel you can email us at secretary@redpoll.co.uk or telephone us on 01728 747 230 or write to us (see our contact details on each page of our website) within seven days of delivery of your items quoting your order number. You must not use the items and they should be returned to the Red Poll Cattle Society in the original packaging. Postage will not be refunded.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. When returning items, if possible please re-use the original packaging and ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Please also obtain proof of posting. 

All Claims related to loss, shortage, damage or breakage to goods received must be registered in writing by email to the secretary@redpoll.co.uk, fax, or letter within five days of delivery. Claims outside that period will not normally be considered.

Please provide full details of your order including your order number in all correspondence.

Subject to the above, the Red Poll Cattle Society shall replace or give credit for goods damaged or not delivered in accordance with the sales receipt, as verified by the Red Poll Cattle Society, in satisfaction of any liability of the Society in such circumstances. We can only replace or refund goods that are returned to us accompanied by an order number and that have been accepted with our prior agreement. 

Refunds will only be made against returned goods once they have been received by us, subject to the goods being received in an unused and resalable condition.

The Red Poll Cattle Society warrants that the goods are free from defects at the time of dispatch.

We do not offer any guarantees in relation to delivery times for goods and will not accept any orders with a delivery date requirement. We will also not accept liability for non delivery where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

PAYMENTS

All payments are accepted in pounds sterling. 

All credit card payments made during on-line transactions are handled on our behalf by Paypal secure payment gateway. No credit card details are processed or stored at any time on the Red Poll Cattle Society's website.

We only accept orders which have a delivery address in the UK. For this reason, all orders are subject to UK VAT at the current rate.

GOVERNING LAW

This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English.

GOVERNING JURISDICTION

This website is targeted at residents of the United Kingdom only.

Any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK will not be accepted by us even if payment has been made. Should an order be received for delivery outside of the UK, we will refund the amount paid less a handling charge.

If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, please do not order items from this website. Please contact the Red Poll Cattle Society direct either by email or telephone or writing to us.

In listing your delivery details, which we have restricted as far as possible to UK Counties in our order form, you are representing to us that you are a resident of the United Kingdom.
